    The ordered item is not received due to my mistake in entering information in the order form. Is Refund or Re-ship available?
    If wrong items are shipped due to your oversight, re-shipment or refund is not allowed.

    'Shipping Completed' is shown when tracing the ordered item, but the item is not received.
    Wrong shipment: 

    1. entry of wrong destination address  
    2. customers' absence at the expected delivery date
    3. sent to offices or put in parcel boxes

    If your parcel is not found for reasons other than the above reasons, write the details in '1:1 Contact' of LIPSS' Customer Services Center. 

    ※ If item return is caused by customers' reasons, return/re-shipment fees may be charged to customers.

    LIPSS Service does not offer free international shipping service.

    Shipping fees are set with automatic payment methods depending on destination country and weight of ordered items and added to the total amount of payment.

    Delivery time may be subject to change depending on destination address and parcel service.  
    You can check the status of your shipment in [MY PAGE>Confirm order]. 
    1. In "Preparing item," click 1 : 1 Contact to check whether items are shipped. 
    2. In "Shipment completed," click "Track shipment" to track your order.

    International shipping

    1. Payment completed: payment for items (possible to cancel order)  
    2. Preparing item: preparation for production or shipment of the ordered item (automatically set one hour after 'Payment completed' / impossible to cancel order) 
    3. Shipment completed: out of warehouse, domestic and international shipment of the ordered item (it usually takes 7-14 business days)
    4. Purchase confirmed: completion of shipment of the ordered item

    In partnership with Lotte Global Logistics, all LIPSS items for international shipping are sent via EMS.

    In international shipping, shipping schedule may be subject to change depending on country and flight situation. 
    You can check the status of your shipment through 'Track shipment' of 'Confirm order.'
    ※ It usually takes 7-14 business days after your order is placed.
